Working with the tools & saws never left me.
That early spark grew into years of hands-on experience. Erica spent three years working alongside an experienced mentor on real residential renovations — walls, flooring, drywall, bathrooms, full gut jobs.
The kind of work that builds genuine skill and honest confidence.
She shows up prepared, works with intention, doesn't leave until the job is done right & your space is spotless. Every client gets her full attention — because that's the only way she knows how to work.

Scholarship opportunities for young women pursuing the trades. Community gardens that bring fresh produce — and a sense of ownership — to the neighborhoods we work in.
